Cliff strives to help leaders recognize and realize – literally make real – the potential in themselves and those around them. A dedicated scholar-practitioner, he holds a PhD in organization and management with a specialization in leadership and is a retired USMC officer with more than 20 years of service advising senior military leaders and leading public engagement teams. He knows first hand that leadership is service, effective leaders are trusted communicators, and while nobody is perfect, at any given moment at least one member of a well-led team will be.

Shoulder-to-shoulder with the NoC team, Danny understands credibility and trust are at the core of all effective relationships, personal and professional. An entrepreneur, marketing leader, business owner, and maker for more than 20 years, he brings boundless energy and creative spirit to every client, every day. Danny helps others find the best (and often unlikely) way forward along paths cluttered with zigs, zags, and obstacles that make it hard to imagine the next step.
VP, Leadership ResearchJackie wakes up motivated to help others. Her mission, to provide the tools, opportunities, and connections people need to be their best self. A career in Health IT allowed her to figuratively and literally connect thousands of systems and people. A mother of four children — one with Autism — she often says different is not less and communication happens in more ways than verbally. She joined NoC because she saw a way to use the CBL framework to help others. Confident the NoC team will guide the next generation of leaders towards their best self, she wants to be there to help.

He has a natural energy for leadership development and an affable personality that draws out confidence in others while putting them at ease. Drawing on decades of experience developing military leaders of all generations, he adapts his coaching to suit the needs of our clients and helps them find “where the rubber hits the road” with their personal leadership style.

Well-versed in the needs of startups, SMBs, and not-for-profit organizations, Chris brings valuable insight into coupling technology with Communication-Based Leadership to effect positive organizational change. He is constantly exploring how to provide transformational value through technology, and leverages his 25 years of experience in web development, IT infrastructure, brand strategy, and design to help NoC and our clients navigate the technological landscape.
